Online catalog

TOKDANCE Explore helps you browse the latest public TOKDANCE product catalog, specifications, pictures and videos. No user account is required. The app has no advertising, analytics, tracking or payment SDK.

The app checks the public catalog over HTTPS when it starts and when you refresh it. Product images served online are requested when needed. The catalog service is hosted on Alibaba Cloud in Hong Kong. Requests necessarily involve processing your IP address and technical connection or request information to deliver content and protect the service.

Our catalog service is configured without customer access logs. Its operational error records use fixed error codes or counters and omit client IP addresses, request URLs, headers and bodies. We do not use catalog requests for advertising, user profiling or usage analytics. These controls do not mean that Alibaba Cloud or other network providers process or retain no connection metadata: providers may handle such information under their service and security practices.

Information kept on your device

Favorites, language preferences and cached catalog content or viewed product images remain in the app's private storage on your device. Search text is processed on your device. The app does not upload your favorites, language choice, search history or cached catalog to TOKDANCE.

You can remove favorites in the app. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes saved local settings and caches. The app's Android configuration disables cloud backup and excludes app data from device transfer.

Actions you choose

Tapping Email or WhatsApp opens an external app or service with public product information and an editable inquiry draft. You decide whether to send it. TOKDANCE Explore does not send a message automatically and does not read messages, contacts or account information from those apps.

The Share action passes public product information to an app you choose. Copy inquiry writes the prepared draft to your device clipboard. Product videos open in an external app or browser. These services may process connection information and any information you choose to provide under their own privacy policies.

Inquiries sent to TOKDANCE

If you contact our staff by email or WhatsApp outside the app, TOKDANCE receives the contact details, messages and other information you choose to send. We use that information to respond to and handle your product inquiry or support request. It is not an automatic upload of your favorites or other local app data.

Retention and deletion

Local app data remains under your device controls until you remove it or clear app storage. We retain inquiry records only for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and applicable record-keeping obligations. Cloud and network providers may retain connection metadata under their applicable service and security practices; this policy does not promise that all such processing is temporary or memory-only.

For a privacy question or to request access, correction or deletion of information you sent to us, contact info@elontess.com. We may need enough information to identify and verify your request. If applicable obligations prevent deletion of particular records, we will explain the limitation. There is no TOKDANCE Explore user account to delete.

Security, audience and policy changes

App connections to the catalog service use HTTPS. The app does not request contacts, camera, microphone, location or broad file-access permissions. It is intended for adult professional and business users.
